Now in its 32nd year National Philanthropy Day, unites distinguished individuals who have dedicated their lives and careers to the philanthropic sector.

Among the notable organizations participating in this philanthropic event is the National Football League Alumni Association (NFLA), an entity with a legacy of over 50 years in giving back to communities. By leveraging the influence of retired professional football players, cheerleaders, dedicated volunteers, and passionate fans.

National Philanthropy Day, a significant occasion commemorating the profound impact of charitable fundraising and the invaluable contributions of philanthropists to our society. This day acknowledges the philanthropist, whose collective efforts culminate in an extraordinary sum of nearly $500 billion across North America.

The collaboration between NFLA-LV and AFP Las Vegas stands as a testament to the shared vision of both organizations - a vision of transforming the Las Vegas community. Player alumni give back to their local communities by raising funds for youth-related charities through their 39 regional chapters. It is a tradition that has existed for over 50 years. Alumni support typically raises more than $1.5 million dollars for worthwhile causes. To accomplish our mission & vision, we have established the NFL Alumni Foundation which is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.
