Chevy Chase, United States, November 4, 2026 /PressCable/ -- CHEVY CHASE, Md. — November 4, 2026 — Former federal prosecutor Seth B. Waxman has launched Waxman Litigation, LLC, a Chevy Chase-based firm focused on:

* Business Litigation

* White-collar Defense and Internal Investigations

* Court-Appointed Receiverships

The firm serves clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and New York.

The firm represents businesses, executives, and employees in virtually every type of business dispute, including breach of contract, ownership disputes, fraud and embezzlement, employment matters, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property disputes, and related claims.

Waxman brings more than 30 years of litigation experience, including 13 years as a federal prosecutor in Washington, D.C., where he focused on corporate fraud and public corruption. He has served as lead counsel in more than 100 trials. Judges have also appointed him to serve as a receiver for businesses facing allegations of fraud, theft, embezzlement, and other wrongdoing. Earlier in his career, he practiced with three international law firms in Washington, D.C., and New York.

“After three decades in the courtroom, I know clients want a senior lawyer who is actually handling their matter. At Waxman Litigation, they get that,” said Waxman. “I make my clients’ problems my own. I take the time to understand what is at stake for them and their businesses, and then I pursue the most effective path to protecting their interests.”

Waxman is a nationally recognized legal expert regularly appearing on major media outlets, including CNN, FOX, and MS NOW. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2019 for his work in Commercial Litigation and White-Collar Criminal Defense. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review.
