Reply Argus Launches App Review Management Platform for App Store and Google Play Responses

Sep 17, 2026

The platform helps developers reply to app store reviews at scale with AI-assisted drafts, multilingual responses, human approval and review-based product feedback.

United States, September 17, 2026 -- Reply Argus has launched an app review management platform designed to help developers manage public customer feedback across the Apple App Store and Google Play from a single workspace.

The platform addresses a common operational challenge for app publishers: reviews are public, influence how prospective users perceive an app, and can arrive faster than internal teams can respond. This becomes more difficult when reviews are written in multiple languages or spread across several apps.

Therefore, through its app review management platform, Reply Argus brings reviews from the App Store and Google Play into a single inbox and organizes them by risk and sentiment. This allows teams to identify negative or urgent reviews and respond immediately.

Reply Argus also drafts responses in the language used by the reviewer. The draft is grounded in the app’s own information, including its store listing, marketing site and uploaded documentation, so the response can reflect the product rather than rely on a generic template. This structure is intended to help teams use AI to speed up review handling without removing human oversight from public customer communication.

“The model writes the draft. A person still presses publish. When you are talking to customers in public, that order matters,” said Joel, founder of Reply Argus.

Reply Argus is an app review management software designed for indie developers, with a focus on supporting the Apple App Store and Google Play. The platform also turns recurring complaints and feature requests into a ranked product roadmap to allow teams to export that information to Notion or Google Sheets, helping product managers use review patterns as structured feedback rather than treating each review as an isolated support interaction.

“Reviews are the last thing someone reads before they install, and the worst ones are usually the ones nobody answered,” Joel said.

To empower developers and technical teams, Reply Argus includes a read-only app reviews API along with an MCP connector that allows AI agents to read reviews and prepare response drafts. Its features are designed around review response workflows rather than broader app-store optimization functions.

The platform’s multilingual reply capability is intended to help teams respond more appropriately when customer feedback arrives in different languages. “Somebody wrote to you in Portuguese. Answering them in English is its own kind of ignoring them,” Joel said.

Looking ahead, Reply Argus plans to continue developing its review management workflows and developer integrations as mobile teams place greater emphasis on app reputation management.
