Qonvo has expanded the capabilities of its b2c messaging platform to help small businesses stay connected with their customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses now have access to a comprehensive suite of tools to help them build their list of subscribers, chat 1:1 with customers and launch targeted outbound messaging campaigns to keep their customers up to date on sales & promotions, updates to their products and services and other business updates.

The Qonvo platform enables small businesses to ditch their stale email lists and connect with customers in the way that people really want to communicate – via text messaging. In addition, Qonvo Pro now includes access to Qonvo’s proprietary in-chat applets that can be used to facilitate booking appointments, claiming special offers and completing sales, all via text messaging.

Logan Galbreath, the owner and operator of Prickly Gal Boutique in Delaware commented, “I’ve tried email lists and haven’t gotten much response to my marketing campaigns so I’ve recently switched to Qonvo text messaging and I’ve gotten so much response. I get customers messaging me back and forth and I can quickly respond to them. I send out my marketing through Qonvo and I have so many people come in to shop and say that they’ve seen my messages. I highly suggest switching over to Qonvo”.

Christopher Skelly, CEO of Qonvo described the positive impact that the company is working to make for small businesses – “For the past five years we’ve developed sophisticated text communication platforms for large companies and we’re thrilled to now be able to bring our capabilities to small businesses at an affordable price point to help them thrive during difficult times. We refer to Qonvo as business-class text messaging because we provide all the tools needed for businesses to make sure that their customers have a great experience interacting with them via text. We provide customer invitation handling, POS system integration, broadcast campaign scheduling, in-chat applets and iOS and Android mobile apps. We make it all as easy as possible for our clients.”

Qonvo Pro and Enterprise plans are available starting at $49 per month for a limited time in order to help as many businesses as possible connect with their customers. Qonvo text messaging is driving pickup and delivery logistics, marketing campaigns, contact tracing and appoint booking for small businesses around the United States and Canada.
