New Hampshire's First Skyscraper Reopens as Rendezvous on Elm

Oct 5, 2026

Mayor Jay Ruais and the Greater Manchester Chamber will gather with owners David A. De Lise and Anthony DeLucia to celebrate a $10 million downtown renovation.

Manchester, NH (PRUnderground) October 5th, 2026

Rendezvous on Elm, the $10 million renovation of New Hampshire's first skyscraper, will officially open with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, October 7 at 11 a.m. at 967 Elm Street.

Mayor Jay Ruais and the Greater Manchester Chamber will be on hand to welcome the newest residential address in the heart of the Queen City.

The ceremony celebrates the work of owners David A. De Lise and Anthony DeLucia, who turned unused office space into beautiful, modern living spaces. Both owners will be there to cut the ribbon.

Forgotten offices transformed into modern homes on Elm Street

The Dunlap Building, constructed in 1879 and recognized as New Hampshire's first skyscraper, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. After decades of commercial use, its offices sat vacant for years, leaving one of downtown's most recognizable buildings waiting for a second act.

De Lise and DeLucia, who bring more than 60 years of combined commercial real estate experience, saw homes where others saw empty offices.

Turning a building that had never been residential into a place to live meant rebuilding nearly everything inside it, from mechanical systems to soundproofing.

It also earned Rendezvous on Elm "Project of the Month" in the New England Real Estate Journal.

"This building has been part of Manchester's skyline since 1879, and it sat unused for far too long. Now the work is done, the lights are on, and people are about to call it home. We couldn't be prouder to welcome new people to downtown Manchester," said De Lise.

New neighbors for downtown Manchester

Where empty offices once overlooked Elm Street, 27 residences now range from studios to two-bedroom apartments. 1-bedroom apartments start at $2,000 per month, with early-mover discounts available.

Covered parking, hot water, and internet are all included in the lease. High-end, super-efficient appliances, in-unit laundry, and glass-door, walk-in showers are just a few of the features residents will enjoy daily.

The views are incredible, especially during parades and firework season.

Each residence comes with modern comforts built in: individually controlled heating and air conditioning, a fresh-air makeup system (so you don't smell what your neighbors are cooking), keyless entry, and 1Gig fiber internet are all part of the package.

Although the neighborhood is incredibly walkable, indoor bike storage with e-bike charging is also provided.

No two of the 27 residences share the exact same floor plan, and just six sit on the penthouse floor.

Lease applications are open now, with a limited number of leasing specials available through the leasing office at (603) 591-1246. The property is professionally managed by Ledgeview Commercial Partners.

For the Greater Manchester Chamber, which will take part in the ceremony, the opening means more people living, dining, and shopping along Elm Street.

"Downtown is at its best when people live here, not just work here. Rendezvous on Elm took a landmark that was sitting empty and filled it with homes. That's the kind of investment that keeps Elm Street moving forward," said Heather McGrail, President & CEO of the Greater Manchester Chamber.

"We can't wait to welcome our newest neighbors," McGrail added.

SonicWall Patches CVSS 10.0 Pre-Authentication SSRF Flaw in SMA1000 Appliances

SonicWall has released hotfixes for four flaws in its SMA1000 appliances, the gateways that give remote workers access to a company's network and applications. The most serious could allow an attacker without a login to send requests through the appliance and reach internal functions. SonicWall rates it 10.0 on the CVSS scale and says it has no evidence that any of the four flaws is being

Unpatched Critical LMCache Flaw Lets Unauthenticated Attackers Run Code Remotely

A critical vulnerability in LMCache, open-source software that speeds up large language model (LLM) servers such as vLLM, lets an attacker run code on the cache server without logging in, and no fixed version is available. The flaw is in LMCache's multiprocess mode, where the cache runs as a standalone server that LLM workers reach over the ZeroMQ messaging library. A single network
