Within the first stage of a campaign, ListingBott prepares a tailored list of 100 or more opportunities for the customer to review. Customers can approve or decline individual directories before the publishing stage begins, keeping the final campaign aligned with the brand, audience and market.

A separate part of the workflow addresses account ownership. Listings can be created with a customer-controlled forwarding email or with dedicated credentials that are handed over after the work is completed. This allows customers to retain access to the profiles and update or remove listings later rather than treating the campaign as a closed black-box service.
