Kimball Terrace is highlighting its comprehensive event services designed to give hosts a more streamlined, hands-off experience. From event coordination and homemade catering to decor and vendor assistance, the downtown Park City venue helps clients organize events while minimizing logistical burdens.
Park City, Utah, United States, September 21, 2026 -- According to EventPro, planning an event can theoretically take over 100 hours from start to finish. Not many people have the time or energy to do this, and it's common to be forced into this massive responsibility. Without prior experience, especially in a professional capacity, not only can things fall behind, but certain tasks may be forgotten or may not be taken care of optimally.
Kimball Terrace recognizes that event planning is a monumental responsibility that ordinary people can't manage on their own. They have more important topics to worry about, and they'd like to enjoy events without anxiety and stress attached to them.
This company is known for its scenic venue and event space, as it's located right in the heart of downtown Park City. It offers great views of historic Main Street and the mountain slopes. But Kimball Terrace is more than just a venue.
Clients have access to a wide range of event services so that their event is more of a hands-off experience. For example, there are seasoned event specialists on staff who can work with client wishes and coordinate all the details, including legal issues such as Utah's liquor laws.
Kimball Terrace also offers catering with all dishes made in-house and from scratch. This business buys its ingredients from local artisans and farms to not only ensure that its clients get the freshest ingredients possible, but also to support other local companies. The catering team has over 40 years of experience and can put together a personalized menu for any event.
One of the biggest areas of stress regarding event planning is the decor, and Kimball Terrace can even help with that. This company has a wide list of trusted vendors that it's vetted, so clients don't have to waste time going through vast options on their own.
Since Kimball Terrace's venue is located in downtown Park City, it's easy to get to for both clients and their guests. In addition, it hosts events ranging from weddings and corporate seminars to charity galas and casual social gatherings. With expert knowledge from staff members, clients can plan an impressive event without a large investment in time and energy.
Clients have the choice of either the main hall or the terrace venue space. Both are available Monday through Thursday, with daytime prices starting at $4,500 and evening prices starting at $9,000. For events on Friday through Sunday, prices start at $12,000, and those interested in multi-day events must contact Kimball Terrace for custom quotes.
