HZB Network Secures $4.5 Million Strategic Investment from HashKey Capital to Scale Enterprise Services

Sep 11, 2026

Denver, Colorado, United States, September 11, 2026 -- HZB Network has announced the completion of a $4.5 million strategic investment from HashKey Capital. The funding will support the productization of HZB’s Web3-focused models, HIVM trusted execution capabilities, enterprise knowledge services, and Proof of Build (PoB) tools, accelerating the network’s transition from technical validation to scalable enterprise delivery.

From Professional Intelligence to Trusted Execution

As AI Agents begin interacting with on-chain data, smart contracts, and enterprise systems, the industry is shifting from content generation toward real-world task execution. AI must understand Web3 operations while maintaining clear controls over permissions, risk, execution processes, and result verification.

HZB Network is building a trusted AI action and verifiable collaboration network for Web3. Its infrastructure connects specialized models, developer APIs and SDKs, AI Agents, HIVM, and PoB tools to support task interpretation, tool invocation, controlled execution, and delivery verification.

HIVM establishes execution boundaries around identity, permissions, budgets, policies, and exception handling while generating traceable receipts for critical actions. PoB records task objectives, delivery standards, working artifacts, test results, and verification outcomes, enabling enterprises to review completed work and convert successful delivery into reusable capabilities.

Funding Allocated Across Three Strategic Areas

Under the funding plan, $1.7 million will be allocated to ecosystem development and commercial pilots, including partner integrations, enterprise use-case validation, and industry solution deployment.

Another $1 million will support HIVM and HZB’s underlying specialized models, strengthening capabilities in smart contract analysis, on-chain data interpretation, risk identification, task orchestration, and trusted execution.

The remaining $1.8 million will be directed toward enterprise APIs, knowledge-service productization, computing infrastructure, security and compliance, customer delivery, and operational reserves.

Capital deployment will be managed through defined budget categories, procurement agreements, payment records, and delivery acceptance documentation, with an emphasis on cost control, milestone verification, and transparent fund utilization.

Building a Repeatable Enterprise Service Loop

HZB will convert real requirements and feedback from enterprise pilots into standardized interfaces, product features, industry modules, and implementation templates.

Capabilities validated in one deployment can be adapted to similar use cases, shortening implementation cycles, reducing delivery costs, and moving enterprise services from one-off customization toward scalable replication.

HZB will evaluate commercialization through metrics including paid conversion, deployment time, delivery cost, API activity, customer retention, and renewal performance. These operational insights will guide continued improvements across model capabilities, interface stability, and service delivery.

The objective is to establish a complete enterprise service loop covering requirement validation, commercial pilots, standardized delivery, and recurring procurement.

Accelerating the Adoption of Web3 AI

HashKey Capital has maintained a long-term focus on digital asset infrastructure, developer tools, and applications with the potential for scalable adoption. Its institutional and compliance-oriented perspective is expected to support HZB in strengthening its enterprise products, commercial delivery framework, and global ecosystem collaboration.

Following this strategic investment, HZB plans to expand enterprise pilots and developer access while introducing more standardized solutions across smart contract analysis, governance research, knowledge services, risk identification, and intelligent task execution.

From professional understanding to trusted action, and from technical capability to recurring enterprise demand, HZB is developing a Web3 AI service framework that integrates with enterprise systems, verifies execution processes, and scales across real-world use cases.

Can battery swapping and energy storage power CATL’s next phase of growth?

Contemporary Amperex Technology Ltd (CATL) has doubled down on new businesses including battery swapping and energy storage as the world’s largest battery maker seeks new growth drivers amid intensifying price wars and mounting pressure on profitability. But the new path is far from straightforward. Established players like Nio have already built a strong presence in battery swapping, while BYD has reinforced its position in energy-storage systems. Lucas Zhang Liutong, director of Hong...

China joins global race to reawaken brain-injury patients through ultrasound therapy

After spending three months in a coma following a brain haemorrhage, a patient in China has regained the ability to speak, eat and walk with support – part of an early clinical trial using targeted sound waves to help “wake up” severely damaged brains, according to state media. The technology, developed by a coalition including the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, used focused ultrasound waves to stimulate regions deep within the brain without requiring...

A Shared ChatGPT Link Could Run Attacker Code in Your Session and Read Private Chats

A malicious ChatGPT share link could run an attacker's code in the logged-in session of anyone who opened it, allowing them to read their private conversations, researchers at the security firm Parameter showed. The researchers reported the flaw through OpenAI's bug bounty program on October 18, and OpenAI fixed it eight days later and rated it P1, its most serious category.
