Family Legal Support Monthly Plans With Consultations & Document Review Expanded

Sep 11, 2026

Paul Richman’s LegalShield Associate platform expands access to affordable legal support, helping individuals and families connect with provider lawyers for wills, document review, and other covered legal matters.

Pueblo West, United States, September 11, 2026 /PressCable/ -- Paul Richman’s LegalShield Associate platform has announced expanded access to affordable legal help, with services covering lawyer consultations, document review, will preparation, powers of attorney, and other common personal legal matters. Available across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, the membership plans connect individuals and families with independent provider law firms for services covered by their selected plan.

The expansion comes as estate planning remains unfinished for a large share of American households. Caring.com’s 2025 Wills and Estate Planning Study, conducted with YouGov among more than 2,500 U.S. adults, found that only 24% of respondents had a will, down from 33% in 2022. Among respondents without one, 43% said they simply had not gotten around to creating one.

Will preparation is included within LegalShield’s personal legal plan structure, alongside services that address legal questions before and after documents are prepared. A provider lawyer can prepare a will for the member and spouse, while Advanced and Premium memberships include annual will reviews and updates. Members can also receive help preparing a durable power of attorney, and Premium membership extends estate planning coverage to a basic revocable living trust.

These services can become particularly relevant after major changes in a household. Marriage, changes in family circumstances, buying property, receiving an inheritance, or relocating can all prompt a review of existing estate documents.

The plans extend beyond estate planning. Depending on the membership selected, members can consult a lawyer about personal legal questions and submit documents for review, including warranties, home improvement contracts, and paperwork connected with billing disputes. Personal document limits range from 15 pages under the Basic plan to 35 pages under Premium, while covered services also include areas such as consumer disputes, traffic matters, housing, and family law.

Paul Richman’s LegalShield Associate platform gives consumers a single place to compare the available levels of legal protection and the services included with each.

China shoots ahead on AI video models

While few dispute that China is narrowing the gap with the United States in developing artificial intelligence (AI) models, there is one area where Chinese firms are already the undisputed leaders: video. China has seen a proliferation of advanced generative AI video models – systems trained on visual data to generate or edit video content based on user inputs such as text prompts, images and audio. The country’s vast short-video ecosystems and looser copyright rules have helped give Chinese...
