Decision Tactical and Confidence Shooting School Join Forces to Expand Training Opportunities in Central Florida

Oct 1, 2026

The partnership combines scenario-based simulation with live-fire and classroom instruction

Orlando, United States, October 1, 2026 -- Decision Tactical (DTAC), a Sanford-based immersive simulation facility serving Central Florida, announced today that it has entered a training partnership with Confidence Shooting School to provide students with more opportunities to build firearms knowledge, practical skills, and decision-making awareness through complementary training experiences.

“Our new Organizational Training Membership allows us to showcase the benefits of simulated, adaptive training to more organizations seeking leadership training,” said Remo Eyal, Co-founder and CEO of Decision Tactical. “By partnering with us, organizations of all kinds can help their teams build greater confidence, decision-making capabilities, real-world readiness, and other valuable leadership skills that can carry them through their careers.”

DTAC offers simulated experiences such as virtual shooting range drills and real-life-based scenario environments where participants learn how to engage threats and identify non-threats using simulated equipment. Confidence Shooting School is led by an instructor with credentials that include NRA Certified Instructor, USCCA Certified Instructor, and Range Safety Officer certification, along with training in First Aid, CPR, and emergency wound care. The school’s training approach emphasizes responsible firearms handling and practical education for students of all skill levels.

“One of the goals of Decision Tactical is to bridge divides, and one of our goals is to build confidence,” said Victor Chin, owner of Confidence Shooting School. “With this collaboration, we hope to bridge that gap for students who have taken a concealed carry course and actually build the confidence to carry a firearm every day. We aim to help foster those foundational skills in a safe environment at Decision Tactical.”

Through DTAC’s Organization Training Membership, Confidence Shooting School can offer students interested in improving their firearms skills DTAC-led simulation experiences with trained instructors participating alongside students as observers. Confidence Shooting School offers post-instruction debriefs and assessments that connect the simulated scenarios to the organization’s classroom instruction and practical real-life skills.

“By partnering with Confidence Shooting School, we aim to show that effective training can involve more than one type of learning environment,” said Eyal. “This partnership complements the live-fire and classroom instruction provided by Confidence Shooting School well, offering those interested in in-depth firearms training a comprehensive experience.”

The partnership aims to give students a broader training pathway. Confidence Shooting School provides firearms instruction and practical skills development, while Decision Tactical adds scenario-based simulations that let participants practice awareness, quick judgment, and response in controlled, immersive environments.

As an approved DTAC Training Partner, DTAC may also refer guests seeking live-fire firearms training or instruction to Confidence Shooting School when those services fall outside DTAC’s purview.
