Creatrix Solutions Introduces Home Near Infrared Sauna Hot Exercise Studio

Sep 18, 2026

The new Sauna Fix bundle pairs a full-length insulated exercise tent with a broad-spectrum incandescent infrared lamp for controlled yoga, mobility, stretching, floor work and other low-intensity heated movement at home.

Kennewick, United States, September 18, 2026 /PressCable/ -- Creatrix Solutions has introduced the Sauna Fix® Home Near Infrared Sauna Hot Exercise Studio, a home system designed to provide enough enclosed space for standing and floor-based movement while adding radiant near infrared heat. The bundle is built for controlled yoga, mobility, stretching, spinal fitness floor work and other low-intensity heated movement, and it converts to a seated sauna when movement is not the goal.

More details can be found at https://creatrixsolutions.com/products/home-nir-sauna-hot-exercise-studio

The bundle pairs the company’s long Hot Exercise Radiant Sauna Tent with one four-bulb incandescent lamp. Unlike a sauna enclosure intended for sitting, the tent measures about 94.5 inches long, 78 inches high and 35.43 inches wide, which gives room for standing, kneeling, sitting and lying-down exercises. The enclosure uses R-15 insulated panels and can be reconfigured: a middle partition reduces it to a standing chamber about 47 inches long when the full floor area is not needed, and a separate ceiling partition lowers the chamber to about 60 inches for seated sessions. An optional second lamp can be added for more radiant coverage and higher heat when more of the enclosure is in use.

The incandescent bulbs emit a continuous spectrum from about 550 to 3,000 nanometers, beginning in visible red and continuing through near infrared into mid infrared. That design differs from narrow-band LED panels, which produce light around selected wavelength peaks with very little heat. The fixture has no LED drivers or app-based electronics at the light source and uses grounded, shielded wiring as part of its electrical design.

“The purpose of the larger enclosure is to make heated movement practical without turning the session into a high-intensity workout,” a Creatrix Solutions spokesperson said. “The floor space lets people choose controlled activities such as yoga, stretching, mobility and spinal fitness work while treating heat as one more training variable.”

Activities suited to the studio include gentle yoga flows, stretching, mobility drills, spinal fitness floor exercises, walking or marching in place, light resistance-band movements on secure anchors, breathwork and low-intensity recovery sessions. The company recommends a conservative approach: sessions stay stable, controlled and symptom-limited rather than maximal, and heavy lifting, all-out intervals, explosive exercise and unstable balance work are not appropriate inside a heated enclosure. A heated space can make familiar exercise feel more demanding, so intensity does not need to rise simply because the movement is happening in a sauna. Hydration, session length and individual heat tolerance remain the deciding factors, and a session ends at dizziness, nausea, weakness, confusion or feeling faint. The material is educational and is not medical advice.
