Clinician-Founded Medole Announces 3graine Daily Migraine Supplement With Magnesium, Vitamin B2 and CoQ10

Oct 1, 2026

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, October 1, 2026 -- During his years working as a physician assistant in neurology, Kevin Le saw patients try an evidence-based approach to migraine prevention: taking supplements such as magnesium, vitamin B2 and CoQ10. These ingredients were recommended by neurologists, but following the routine often meant buying several different products and taking too many pills each day.

Le saw that the supplements helped some patients when they took them consistently. He also saw how easily a complicated routine could get in the way. He wanted patients to have a fair chance to stick with it long enough to see whether it could help them.

When Le couldn’t find a combination migraine prevention supplement in Canada that brought those ingredients together, he founded Medole and created 3graine. The product combines magnesium, vitamin B2 and CoQ10 in one daily routine.

“Patients were already being told about these ingredients,” says Le. “The challenge was making the routine practical enough to follow. I wanted to build something with the person taking it every day in mind.”

That thinking has shaped Medole from day one. Le says the company’s decisions have been deliberate and intentional, from choosing evidence-based ingredients to considering how patients will use the finished product. Rather than starting with a marketing concept, he started with a problem he had seen in clinic.

Today, Le is proud to hear from people who have made 3graine part of their lives and to see how many people Medole has reached. As the company continues to innovate, he remains focused on the same question that led him to start it: how can migraine supplements better serve the people who actually take them?
