Austin, Texas Nov 9, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Authors Press, a leading name in the world of literature, is delighted to announce the much-anticipated release of the republished edition of The Jade Cross: Book 3 (Jade Cross Trilogy), the electrifying conclusion of the Jade Cross Trilogy. This gripping narrative, penned by the acclaimed author, Harold W. Weist offers readers a compelling journey through the realms of war, resilience, and redemption.

As the third and final installment of the Jade Cross Trilogy, Jade Cross Trilogy (The Jade Cross: Book 3) marks the pinnacle of a captivating saga that has enthralled readers with its vivid storytelling and unwavering characters. Through this republished edition, Authors Press aims to reintroduce this unforgettable tale to a new generation of readers and reignite the passion of existing fans.

Jade Cross Trilogy, Jade Cross Trilogy (The Jade Cross: Book 3) is a poignant exploration of the life of a Marine veteran who served two tours in Vietnam. Master interrogator Travis Tolbane, along with his loyal interpreter, Ba, shared the tumultuous battlefield with courage and camaraderie, forging a bond that would be tested by the harrowing events of the war.

The narrative takes a startling turn when, on his way home from work as the Mall Security Manager at Perkins Mall in Nashville, Tennessee, Tolbane is ambushed by Vietnamese thugs. Thanks to the timely intervention of the Metro Police, he narrowly escapes harm. The same fateful night brings another chilling discovery--Tolbane finds his friend and former interpreter, Ba, brutally murdered by a method known as "Death from a Thousand Cuts," laid out in a grotesque cross-like manner on his kitchen floor.

As the plot unfolds, a diverse group of individuals, now numbering four, including a Vietnamese Catholic Priest who has also been targeted, unite. They begin to piece together the puzzle, realizing that the sinister events are all part of a mad Masked Man's Cause. This masked figure believes he is the reincarnation of Tran Hung Dao, a famous Vietnamese General from the late 13th Century. Driven by this delusion, he seeks to reclaim an iconic jeweled Jade Cross, make the beautiful Mai his lover, and eliminate anyone who stands in his way, including her lover and friends he despises.

Author Harold W. Weist, a twenty-year retired Marine veteran, weaves a tale that resonates with authenticity and emotional depth. His personal experiences bring a unique and riveting dimension to the story, drawing readers into a world filled with courage, honor, and the enduring scars of war.

After serving in Vietnam, Weist's dedication to fellow veterans led him to continue his legacy of service in various capacities, reflecting his commitment to veterans and their families. The republished edition of Jade Cross Trilogy, Jade Cross Trilogy (The Jade Cross: Book 3) is proof of Weist's enduring contributions to literature and the literary world.

Following its initial release, the republished edition of Jade Cross Trilogy, Jade Cross Trilogy (The Jade Cross: Book 3) will make its second international book fair display at the 2023 Texas Book Festival after its debut at the 2023 Manila International Book Fair

Could modular construction change the way hotels expand?

A new modular hospitality concept launched in Mexico is aiming to change the way hotels and accommodation operators approach expansion, allowing new units to be developed and operational in three to five months, compared with the one to two years that an equivalent conventional project can typically require in destinations such as the Riviera Maya. SIAN has launched its first hospitality unit, SIAN Yáax, in Isla Mujeres, using an off-site manufacturing model in which the majority of construction takes place in a controlled factory environment before the structure is transported and assembled at its final destination.

Open-source AI is Europe’s only path to tech independence, says Alibaba chairman Joe Tsai

Embracing the open-source approach is the only way for Europe to achieve technological independence, Alibaba Group Holding chairman Joe Tsai said, pointing to China’s own open-source drive as a blueprint for innovation under constraints. For Europe, which shares China’s deep roots in traditional manufacturing, the open-source approach presented a unique opportunity, Tsai said, highlighting that factories in the region possessed highly valuable manufacturing data. “You don’t want to feed it into...
